I’m Kaylen — a curious mind, a creative heart, and a systems thinker who loves exploring how things work and how they can work better. I’ve always moved through life with this blend of art, efficiency, and intention. Whether I’m behind a camera, building a website, organizing a workflow, or learning a new skill, I’m driven by the same thing: curiosity.

I’m the first American-born in my family and the oldest of seven cousins, which naturally put me in positions of responsibility early on. Without realizing it at the time, those years of guiding, observing, listening, and supporting shaped me into someone people trust — someone who leads with empathy, patience, and clarity. I didn’t just learn how to help people; I learned how to understand them.

That carried into my professional path. I started Zolar Studio before entering the corporate world, building it from scratch as a home for my creative work — videography, photography, and storytelling. Later, I served as Chief of Staff and COO for a global FinTech company, working with teams across cultures and time zones. That experience sharpened my ability to build systems, improve workflows, and create clarity in complex environments. It taught me how people work, how organizations thrive, and how important it is to design processes that actually help people.

Eventually, I realized I wasn’t growing anymore in that corporate role — and returned to Zolar Studio full-time, bringing everything I learned with me. Now, I combine both worlds: creativity and systems, art and efficiency, expression and structure.

My website reflects all of that. It’s a home for my creative projects, experiments, curiosities, workflows, travels, art, ideas, and whatever I learn next. I’m exploring life with intention — building, creating, improving, and sharing along the way.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief:
